Group Coaching

Group coaching is a supportive, structured coaching experience where individuals with similar challenges come together to gain insights, develop strategies and support each other’s growth. It combines coaching, guidance, peer learning and accountability to help you build confidence, overcome difficulties and achieve your goals in a supportive environment.​​

Group Lecture

How the programme works

Over six months, the programme combines weekly group coaching sessions, regular personalised support and accountability check-ins and access to practical resources helping you to gain clarity, develop strategies and take action toward your career goals.
 

1. Initial 1:1 Goal-Setting Call

A private 1 hour coaching session before the programme starts to define your goals, challenges, and areas of focus.

This ensures you get the most out of the programme & have a clear starting point.
 

2. Weekly Live Coaching & Group Sessions

Each weekly session follows a structured format that offers different coaching styles to keep sessions engaging, insightful, and action-focused. Participation is negotiated and no-one will be made to participate in any session they do not feel comfortable in. The sessions will include:

  • Hot Seat Coaching – One participant gets focused coaching while others observe and apply insights to their own situation.

  • Q&A Session – Submit questions in advance or ask them live. Get direct coaching, feedback and take part in a group discussion.

  • Feedback Forum – Bring real-life challenges (e.g. emails, presentations, work issues) for support or feedback from the coach and group.

  • Accountability Sessions – Reflect on progress, set goals and troubleshoot challenges together.

  • Strategy Spotlight – Focused sessions on topics such as time management, workplace communication, fear of failure or setting boundaries.

  • Case Study Analysis – Real-life scenarios explored through group discussion, problem-solving and reflection.

  • Implementation Time – Dedicated time during a session to take action immediately, helping prevent procrastination.

  • Skill Shares – Participants share insights or strategies that have worked for them, building confidence and mutual support.
     

Sessions will be recorded and available for replay if you can’t attend live.

 

3. Dedicated weekly accountability check-in to keep you on track and motivated.

  • Each week, an accountability check in via WhatsApp.

  • Ask questions, share wins or quick questions between live sessions.
     

4. Practical Tools & Resources

Access to a library of worksheets, templates and exercises to reinforce what you’re learning.
 

5. End-of-Programme 1:1 Action Plan Call

A final one-to-one coaching session to reflect on your progress and set a personalised action plan for moving forward.

You’ll leave with clear next steps, tools, strategies and confidence to continue applying what you’ve learned.
